Good to Know Before You Order
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery to Ireland is 4–9 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, and busy periods, customs or carrier delays can affect delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details and shipping costs.
We work with international suppliers and fulfilment partners. Some products ship directly from suppliers, including those in China. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. Read more in our Shipping Policy.
After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. If you need help finding your tracking details or checking an order, email info@nora-galway.com with your order number.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee lets you request a return and refund for eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. After contacting us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Returns are handled by our fulfilment partner in China, and change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility. Conditions and exclusions apply. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy and email info@nora-galway.com for instructions before sending anything.
This voluntary guarantee does not shorten your separate statutory right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.
